Testimonials
“I attend Kristy’s wellbeing tribe at the quadrangle with my two children. Kirsty creates a calm, nurturing and welcoming environment. We looked forward to each session and made new friendships. It supported my children and gave them a safe space to express themselves, it also gave me skills and knowledge to spend time with them in a new outdoor environment. The skills and games we learnt together have been a lot of fun. Our last session was sad to say goodbye to the friends we had made but we left with a new found confidence and sense of community.

Parent from Family Tribe:
Kirsty has a very gentle and friendly approach with the children. She validates their feelings and listens to their wants and needs, tailoring sessions to incorporate the likes of all the children taking part. My son is very shy - but with Kirsty I could see how comfortable he was in her company and he would actually ask her for help with tasks (over me!) She really does think about the wellbeing of the young people but the tribe also felt like a getaway for us parents too. I highly recommend Kirsty's sessions.

Headteacher - Hextable Primary School:
“Thank you, Kirsty, for running a well-being tribe in our school. The children immediately made a connection with you, developed confidence, resilience and team work, whilst exploring our forest area and developing strategies for managing school based anxiety. We can't wait to have you back again.
