Wellbeing Tribe


This is a group programme designed to support personal development, mental health and wellbeing through nature-based experiences.

Delivered in natural settings, this multi-session intervention combines wilderness activities and therapeutic practice. Sessions may include:

  • Fire skills

  • Outdoor cooking

  • Shelter building

  • Nature crafts

  • Mindfulness & meditation

  • Guided walks & wildlife exploration


    Who It’s For
    Suitable for all ages and backgrounds.

    Example Session:

    • Welcome & check-in

    • Grounding activity

    • Guided hike (firewood collecting, wildlife ID, sit spot)

    • Bushcraft/natural craft activity

    • Shared lunch/snack around the fire

    • Group reflection

Pricing

Pricing starts from £15/hour for families and adults, and from £100/hour (+£50/session if using a hired site) for schools.
